Add gtk_entry_[gs]et_cursor_hadjustment() to allow automatic scrolling in

        * gtk/gtkentry.[hc]: Add gtk_entry_[gs]et_cursor_hadjustment()
        to allow automatic scrolling in response to cursor movements
